Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. sweet chocolate
1/2 c. butter
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter on very low heat. Pour into a small bowl and mix in powdered sugar, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Place bowl in a larger bowl of ice and beat on low speed until spreading consistency. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
