Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 whole eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Prepare baking pan as for regular cornbread. Pour half of mixture into pan.
    Put cheese on this.
    Add remainder of mixture.
    Top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
