Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. (slices) dry bread cubes
1/3 c. raisins or other dry fruit
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla together; place dry bread cubes in 8 x 1 1/2-inch round baking dish.
Sprinkle with raisins or fruit over the bread.
Pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Serves 6.
