Date And Nut Mini Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 scant c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dates, chopped
3 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix sugar, chopped nuts and dates together.
Add beaten eggs to the mixture.
Fill mini pan 3/4 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
When cool, place in mini paper cups.
