Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, diced and boiled
1 small can peas
1 small can carrots
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown hamburger and chopped onion.
Place potatoes in 2-quart baking dish.
Drain peas and carrots and save the juice.
Place peas and carrots over potatoes.
Pour hamburger mixture over potatoes, peas and carrots.
Add salt, pepper and garlic salt. Combine soup with liquid from peas and carrots and pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
