Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 medium head of cabbage
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; drain excess grease. Add onion and stir-fry until onion begins to turn clear. Add chopped cabbage, and raw rice; pour tomato sauce on top. Season with salt, pepper, and Tony's seasoning. Add enough water to cook until cabbage is done.
