Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    For glaze, combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Lightly flatten chicken breasts to uniform thickness.
    In a large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add chicken.
    Brown both sides.
    Pour glaze over chicken; simmer covered for about 10 minutes, then uncover and simmer, basting occasionally until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
    Contains 219 calories and 4 g fat.
    Makes 4 servings.
