Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Vidalia onions
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. nonfat condensed milk
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex pan.
    Peel and slice onions and separate into rings. Put into a medium sized saucepan and cover with hot water.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Drain well. Spread onions evenly in the 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with the parsley.
