Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes.
    Drain and place 1/2 in a greased 10 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Make a white sauce by melting margarine and adding flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and stir until boiling and thickened.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Pour 1/2 over potatoes in baking dish, add a layer of potatoes and the remainder of the sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned.
