Pineapple Coconut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. pineapple, well drained on paper towel
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/2 oz. coconut
1/2 c. nuts (coarse)

Preparation

Grease cookie sheet.
Combine sugar and butter.
Beat on medium until well blended.
Add egg; mix into pineapple.
Combine flour, salt and soda.
Add to creamed mixture.
Mix until well blended.
Add coconut and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
