Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 egg
2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. brown sugar
flour
4 Tbsp. fat
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Combine meat, onion, beaten egg, crumbs, milk, sugar and seasonings; mix thoroughly.
Shape into small balls and roll in flour.
Fry in hot fat until brown on all sides.
Remove from pan and set aside.
In same pan, add light cream.
Mix a tablespoonful with 1/3 cup of water and add.
Stir until thick.
Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Add meat balls.
Cover and cook twenty minutes.
Serves 4.
