Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on; cook in salt water.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Peel and grate coarsely.
    Add remainder of ingredients.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
