Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour plus 1/4 c.
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, eggs, soda, salt, salad oil and juice from fruit cocktail, then add the fruit and mix.
Pour into a large, greased and floured cake pan.
Sprinkle about 1/2 cup Angel Flake coconut over top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Have ready the following topping and pour over the hot cake.
