Pasta Fazioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 to 2 cans water
    1 can kidney beans
    1 lb. box ditalini noodles
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    parsley
Preparation
    Slice carrots and celery; cover with water.
    When soft, add tomato sauce and water (use own judgement).
    Season.
    While that is cooking, boil water for ditalini and cook ditalini only for a few minutes.
    While ditalini is cooking, add kidney beans to sauce mixture.
    Drain ditalini and add it to tomato sauce mixture.
    Let cook.
