Orange Coconut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. toasted wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz. can)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
Blend sour cream, eggs and oranges in small bowl.
Stir into dry ingredients along with nuts until all ingredients are evenly blended.
Spoon into buttered muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from muffin tin and cool. Makes 12 to 16 muffins.
