Pork 'N Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. country style semi boneless pork spareribs
1 pkg. sauerkraut, drained
2 medium apples (such as Granny Smith), peeled and chopped
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine all above ingredients in a 6-quart pot.
Add enough water just to barely cover ingredients.
Bring to boil; lower heat to a simmer for about 3 hours, or until pork is very tender. Season to taste, if desired.
Delicious served over mashed potatoes and with steamed buttered baby carrots and rye bread.
