Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    2 lb. meat, any kind
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour or corn flour
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    1 c. shortening
    1 lb. cheese (mild Colby)
    1 onion (optional)
Preparation
    Fully cook meat and let simmer.
