Sourdough Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 to 5 carrots, shredded
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. Sourdough Starter
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stir together
    the
    flour,
    sugar, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Shred
    enough carrots to make 2 cups.
    Add carrots, oil, sourdough starter and eggs to the flour mixture. Mix until moistened.\tStir in walnuts.
    Beat until well mixed. Pour into a greased 12-inch Dutch
    oven.
    Bake\tat 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly.
