Seasoned Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
6 pork chops
salt and pepper
mustard
1 can rice soup
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Spread mustard to one side.
Fry chops in oil with mustard side fried first.
Use fried oil to make flour gravy.
Add rice soup, place pork chops in gravy and simmer until ready to serve.
