Aunt Myrtle'S Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel and grate potato in milk.
    Add other ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
