Spicy Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. white wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
Preparation
-
Wash and place wings in large Ziploc bag.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over wings.
Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
