Lettuce-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, cleaned, dried and shredded
    1 small head cauliflower, cleaned and chopped
    1 red onion, cut into rings
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (or use Bac*Os)
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in order given.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
    Put in an airtight container. Refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving.
