Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. beer (more, if needed)
    Salt
    Shrimp, scallops, cauliflower, etc., to deep fry
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornstarch, Bisquick, beer,
    salt to taste, and mix well.
    Coat cleaned, deveined shrimp, fresh scallops, bite-size cauliflower, or whatever you wish, with the batter and deep fry.
