Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1 large head cabbage, grated
1 large pepper, grated
2 medium onions, grated
Preparation
-
Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
Mix the cabbage, pepper and onions with the dressing.
Put in jar, seal tightly.
Let stand overnight (5 days is best).
This is good served with the Pinto Bean Casserole.
