Pineapple Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda and salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. white raisins, soak in 1 c. hot water and drain
Preparation

Cream eggs; add sugar and oil.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda into creamed mixture.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple and zucchini.
Add nuts and drained raisins.
Spoon into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Use toothpick test.
