Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    yellow or chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Mix together coconut, sugar and sour cream and put in refrigerator until cake is cooled.
    Bake cake mix; make 2 layers and cool.
    Split layers and spread coconut mixture between each layer.
    Ice cake top and sides with Cool Whip or 7 minute icing. Sprinkle with coconut.
    Keep refrigerated.
