Favorite Company Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1/2 head romaine lettuce
    1 medium red onion
    1 jar artichoke hearts
    1/3 c. parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut lettuce into bite size pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
    Slice the red onion paper thin and add to the bowl.
    Cut the artichoke hearts into small pieces and add to salad.
    Add parmesan cheese.
    In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
    Mix well and pour over salad.
    Toss salad well and serve immediately.
