Rum Raisin Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
    1 c. raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. rum flavored extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.
    Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes.
    Using damp hands, shape into 1-inch balls; roll in remaining sugar. Store in airtight container.
