Ziti Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Prepare ziti as directed on package; drain and set aside.
In large frying pan, cook beef until well browned; remove from heat and drain.
Stir in Ricotta, then place in large bowl and add Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, egg and half of sauce.
Stir until well mixed.
Add ziti and toss gently to coat well.
Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour remaining sauce evenly over ziti mixture.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
