Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. light sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans chopped green chiles, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. cooked meat (ground turkey or shaved turkey or chicken)
    comino molido spice (optional)
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Combine 1/2 of shredded cheeses with mixture in bowl.
    Place 1/2 of a large serving spoonful of this mixture on each tortilla.
    Roll tortillas and place side by side in greased or sprayed baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Cover tortillas with remaining cheeses, starting with Colby.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
