Sand Tarts(Sandkake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. plus 4 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    6 1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. potato flour
    2 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until almost white.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flavoring.
    Add flour slowly; do this by hand, as it will be too heavy for the mixer.
    Place about 1 teaspoon into sandkake tin and form to shape of tin.
    Trim off excess.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly in pans.
    Turn upside down and lightly squeeze side of tin to remove sandkake.
