Chicken Philippine Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2.5 to 3 lb.) broiler chicken, cut into pieces and skinned
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Marinate chicken in mixture of other ingredients for about 30 minutes.
This can be done in skillet to be used for cooking. Heat on top of stove until it comes to a boil; cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until almost all liquid has evaporated.
Serve hot or cold.
