Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    In a 2-quart baking dish, place a layer of potatoes and slices of onion.
    Sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper on each layer, keep layering until your baking dish is about 1-inch from the top.
    Pour soup on top and then the water.
