Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sweet potatoes
    1 can pineapple juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    12 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
    Cook in pineapple juice until tender.
    Drain and reserve syrup.
    Add remaining ingredients except marshmallows; mix well.
    Put mixture into casserole. Lightly press marshmallows on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
