Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 can early peas
1 can corn
1 can (large) whole, peeled tomatoes
2 or 3 carrots
Tabasco, pepper, salt, paprika and anything else to season to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onions, green pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add tomatoes, peas, corn and carrots. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour and season to taste as you go.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Feeds 5 hungry people.
