Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Mazola oil
    4 eggs, unbeaten
    juice of 1 orange or 1/4 c. pineapple juice
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 large apples, sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oil, and eggs.
    Add orange juice (or pineapple juice) and vanilla.
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Note:
    I mix my apples, sugar and cinnamon when I start so the sugar and cinnamon get in the apples.
    Pour batter alternately with the apples, ending with apples placed around the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
