Butterflied Party Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. frankfurters
    1 (10 oz.) jar cranberry jelly
    4 Tbsp. prepared mustard or Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Cut each frankfurter crosswise into 4 sections.
    Cut each section in half lengthwise to make 8 pieces.
    Split ends of each piece within 1/2-inch of the center.
    Set aside.
