Golden Corn Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slightly beaten eggs
1 (17 oz.) can (2 c.) cream-style corn
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked (1 1/2 c.)
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
1/2 c. (2 oz.) cubed process American cheese
Preparation

In bowl, combine slightly beaten eggs, cream-style corn, milk, instant minced onion and pepper; stir in cooked rice, cubed luncheon meat and cubed cheese.
Turn in ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted just off center comes off clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Cut in squares.
Makes 6 servings.
