Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed Japanese frozen vegetables
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 c. grated mild cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut all vegetables into small pieces, including water chestnuts and onions.
    Add all ingredients except butter and crackers.
    Mix well and pour in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Crush crackers and mix in melted butter.
    Pour over vegetables and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
