Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
3 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Bake the sweet potatoes, then mash them with oleo, add other ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 2 deep pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
