Crackling Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cracklings
Preparation
    Combine flour, meal, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Add cracklings.
    Bake in hot, well-greased pan at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
