Honey Cinnamon Swirl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan.
Heat until shortening melts.
Cool to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
Add eggs and milk to yeast.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
On a floured surface, knead dough until elastic.
In a well-greased bowl turn dough so top is greased.
Cover.
Let rise in warm, draft free place 1 hour or until double.
Punch down.
Let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough in half.
Roll in rectangle, 12 x 16-inches.
Brush with butter.
