Easy Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 to 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat shortening over low heat until melted; remove from heat.
Mix in brown sugar; egg and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread in a greased square baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inches.
Bake 25 minutes.
Cut into 1 3/4-inch squares while warm.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies, 120 calories each.
