Mom'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Scald milk, sugar, Crisco and salt.
    Stir until lukewarm.
    Add yeast mix, 1 egg and 2 cups flour.
    Mix and add 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour.
    Mix well.
    Let rise 1 to 2 hours.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Dip in melted butter and fold over.
    Place on pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
