Hal'S Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ribeye steak
1 small onion
1 medium bell pepper
1/2 stick margarine
2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced
rice
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Chop onion and bell pepper.
Put them in melted butter and fry until onions are brown.
Then add mushrooms, steak and Worcestershire sauce. (Cut steaks into small bites.)
Simmer until meat is tender.
Add jalapenos or pepper sauce, if you wish.
Serve over rice and with a salad.
