Sweet And Sour Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in syrup, drain and save syrup
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. ReaLemon juice
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large green pepper, cut into chunks
    some pea pods or snow peas (optional)
Preparation
    Spray pan.
    Brown chicken.
    Drain.
    Combine 1/4 cup pineapple syrup, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, bouillon and ginger.
    Add to chicken.
    Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
