2 medium, unpeeled zucchini, cut julienne
2 small carrots, cut julienne
4 green onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. crushed, dried red pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
salt to taste
