Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion (optional)
1 doz. flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Old El Paso enchilada sauce
sour cream
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain.
Mix the 2 cheeses together.
Set aside.
Put 1/2 cup browned meat in tortilla.
Add 1/3 cup cheese.
Roll tortilla and hold it closed with a toothpick.
Set in cake pan.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve topped with sour cream.
