Autumn Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed cooked or canned pumpkin
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon*
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and ginger*
1 c. hot water
1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0 (quick mod).
Beat all ingredients together. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
