Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
    4 thin slices ham
    4 thin slices Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sesame seed (optional)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Pound the chicken breasts flat.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mold ham around cheese.
    Roll chicken around ham; secure with toothpicks. Melt butter in pie plate for about 1 minute on High.
    Mix sesame seed with bread crumbs.
    Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumb mixture.
    Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High.
    Rearrange once and give dish 1/2 turn during cooking.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve with cheese sauce.
